🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  • Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer, or delayed delivery are not accepted.
  • Customers are required to record a full unboxing video (from the time the package is sealed until it is fully opened) as proof of any damage or wrong item.
  • Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund.
  • The video proof should be sent to our official Facebook page (SwooshCore PH) or via email at swooshcoreph@gmail.com

2. Filing a Return Request

  • Contact us with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the product.
  • Once received, the product will be inspected for quality. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only if the item is deemed defective or incorrect from our end.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
  • The full purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to a store error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges for New Size or Color

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the original product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • Change of size, color, or product type for personal preference is not considered an eligible exchange.

  • We do not cover returns or exchanges for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alteration.
  • Orders that are not claimed upon delivery will affect future transactions, and we may refuse shipment for new orders until the issue is resolved.
  • Freebies, promotions, or discount offers are non-exchangeable and may vary depending on stock availability.
  • Images, designs, and colors shown on the website are for illustration only; actual product may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.
